Returns

Return and exchange of goods:
1. Deficiencies of sold goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are replaced, returned in accordance with the provisions of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.1 The Buyer may return the goods within 10 (ten) working days from the day of delivery of the goods to him, informing the Seller thereof. 4.2. In accordance with the procedure provided for in the Rules.
1.3. When returning the goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
1.4 The returned product must be in the original neat packaging (this item does not apply in case of return of defective product);
1.5 The Product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
1.6 The product must be unused without losing its appearance (this item does not apply in case of return of defective product);
1.7 The returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;
1.8 When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.
1.9 The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods set out in this Article.
1.10 Money for returned goods is in all cases transferred by payment order and only to the payer's bank account.
